"Dell Developments built an extension to our property, which was designed to provide accessible facilities to our daughter. This comprised of a new living room with vaulted ceiling, wetroom and two new bedrooms – all built to accept x-y hoisting. This was funded mostly by a grant, so had to be to council specifications, but additional work included laying a wooden floor, fitting a wood burner, rewiring all of the old house, and building a decking area with disabled access.
From the start, Dell were most helpful and highlighted all of the areas that required attention (such as party wall agreements). When building work commenced the project was managed by us with advice and guidance given by Dell. This was a good arrangement as it meant we were aware of any problems or changes the plans. Dell staff were friendly and dealt with the building work professionally."
